Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online store of Blue Venture GmbH by private (B2C) and business (B2B) customers. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer & Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
A contract is formed as soon as you complete the ordering process and receive an order confirmation.

3. Products & Natural Origins

Our products are natural products. Differences in shape, color, texture, and weight are typical of these products and do not constitute a defect. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Prices & Weight Information

• All prices are in CHF, including VAT.
• The product weights listed are approximate values.
• Meat and fish are portioned by hand; slight variations are possible.

Billing:

• The charge will be applied a one-time charge at the time of orderat the price listed on the website.
• There is no subsequent stress—not even with a higher effective weight.
• As a rule, we prefer to send a few grams more rather than too little.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery is exclusively within Switzerland.
• Items are shipped frozen (Superfrozen) with dry ice.
• Shipping Days:

• Tuesday → Delivery Wednesday(Order deadline: Tuesday at 12:00 p.m.)
• Thursday → Delivery Friday(Order deadline: Thursday at 12:00 p.m.)

Shipping is free for orders of CHF 350 or more.

6. Superfrozen & Cold Chain

Our products are flash-frozen at −40 °C and shipped frozen.
The customer is required to to store them in a frozen state immediately. We assume no liability for any loss of quality resulting from improper storage after delivery.

7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

For food products, there is no right of withdrawal or return.

Exception:
In the event of incorrect deliveries or justified complaints (e.g., damage during shipping), please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will handle the matter flexibly.

8. Liability

Liability is limited to gross negligence and willful misconduct. We assume no liability for consequential damages, improper preparation, or improper storage.

9. Preparation & Responsibility

The customer is responsible for preparing the product properly. Preparation instructions are provided as recommendations.

10. Allergens

Our products may contain traces of allergens . You can find detailed information with the respective products or receive it upon request.

11. Data Protection

Our separate Privacy Policyapplies.

12. Governing Law

The following applies exclusively Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Blue Venture GmbH.
