Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the Blue Venture GmbH online store by individual (B2C) and business (B2B) customers. By placing an order, you agree to these GTC.

Offer & Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. A contract is formed as soon as you complete the ordering process and receive an order confirmation.

Products & Natural Origins

Our products are natural products. Variations in shape, color, texture, and weight are characteristic of the product and do not constitute a defect. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

Prices & Weight Information

All prices are in CHF and include VAT.
The product weights listed are approximate.
Meat and fish are portioned by hand; slight variations are possible.

Offsetting

The charge is a one-time payment made at the time of order at the price listed on the website.
There is no subsequent load, even with a higher effective weight.
As a rule, we'd rather ship a few grams more than too little.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively within Switzerland.
The product is shipped frozen (superfrozen) with dry ice.
We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. The deadline for orders is 11:00 a.m. the day before.

Free Shipping on orders of CHF 150 or more

Superfrozen & Cold Chain

Our products are flash-frozen at −40 °C and shipped frozen. The customer is required to store the goods in a frozen state immediately upon receipt. We assume no liability for any loss of quality resulting from improper storage after delivery.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of cancellation or return for food products.

Exception

In the event of incorrect deliveries or justified complaints—such as damage during shipping—please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will handle the matter with flexibility.

Liability

Liability is limited to gross negligence and willful misconduct. We assume no liability for consequential damages, improper preparation, or improper storage.

Preparation & Responsibility

The customer is responsible for preparing the product properly. Preparation instructions are provided as recommendations.
