Why is your meat frozen?
Because we want to ensure quality—right down to the very last step.
Our products are first aged to the optimal level of maturity. At exactly this point, they are flash-frozen (superfrozen) at −40 °C.
This is how we stop the aging process exactly where the flavor, texture, and juiciness are at their best.

What does "Superfrozen" mean?
"Superfrozen" is a flash-freezing process at −40 °C. Thanks to the extremely rapid freezing process, the cell structure, flavor, and juiciness are optimally preserved—significantly better than with conventional freezing.
Will the meat arrive frozen?
Yes. All products are shipped frozen with dry ice and will arrive frozen.
Why do the weights vary slightly?
Meat is a natural product and is portioned by hand. The weights are approximate.

Is there a minimum order amount?
No. We offer free shipping for orders of CHF 350 or more.
Can I return food items?
No. There is no right of return for food items.
In the event of incorrect deliveries or damage during shipping, please contact us immediately—we’ll find a solution.
Where does your meat come from?
Our meat comes from select Swiss farms.
Duroc pork from our own free-range operation, and other products from responsible sources and carefully selected suppliers.
Do you also supply restaurants?
Yes. Since 2019, we’ve been supplying well-known establishments such as The Dolder Grand, Silex, Josef, and many others.
Through our online store, we’re now bringing this same quality to individual customers as well.
