Here's how free returns work
Returning the item is easy and free for you. All you need to do is reseal the box, attach the return label, and drop it off at your nearest post office.
Open the package
Take your meat out of the box and put the items directly into the refrigerator or freezer.
Put the packaging back in the box
Put the insulating packaging and the packing material back into the box.
Close the box
Carefully reseal the box so that it can be transported safely.
Attach the return label
Attach the return label to the outside of the box where it is clearly visible.
Post for free
Take the sealed box to your nearest post office. The return is free of charge for you.
