Swiss Black Angus Tri-Tip

The tri-tip, also known in Switzerland as “Bäbättli,” “Bürgermeisterstück,” or “weisses Stück,” is a triangular cut with a robust flavor. When cooked whole, it remains juicy and can then be sliced into thin strips—a great cut for the grill and for serving several people.
