The same craftsmanship as our classic Schüblig—lightly smoked, slowly air-dried for weeks, tender to the bite. Complemented by two varieties of chili peppers that balance each other out: one adds heat, the other depth. Slightly spicy—distinct enough to linger, yet subtle enough not to overpower.

One to get the conversation going over an aperitif. One for a mid-morning snack with a little something extra. One just because—when the classic Schüblig feels a little too tame today.
